Intial interview was with the Director of Human Resources, which was about a half hour, and then followed by three interviews back to back with four different people, for an hour and a half.
The interviews were easy, but trying to get an answer on the hiring timeline was the most difficult. It took them a good two weeks to narrow it down and follow up, and then when I wasn't selected, I asked for feedback, I was ghosted, I just found that unprofessional considering they spoke a lot about what a wonderful culture they have as an organization.

Question 1
A lot of situational questions such as "describe a time when..." or "tell me about a time when.." and then environmental questions about how you work best.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TailWind Voice (Minnetonka, MN) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was pretty standard as far as interviews go except for the fact that on your first or second interview, you basically meet the entire executive team. This was pretty exciting and it also gave you a better idea if this was the right company for you. They make sure the decision is easy for both you and them so no time is wasted on either side.

Question 1
The standard interview questions. Nothing strange here. Just be prepared as you normally would be. They focused more on energy and personality than a checklist.
