Talent Equity Group interview questions

I was sent a "cold call" email from the recruiter with the job location. The position looked interesting and in my opinion worth starting a dialogue with RRD. I specifically stated I was open to relocation for the right opportunity. I sent an updated version of my resume. A phone call was scheduled. When the phone call did not come through, I checked my email and the recruiter left an Interview Q below. I answered the Q and tried to re-schedule, she confirmed a time and missed that call. Recruiters seemed disorganized and has a hard time paying attention to details.
