I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TalentWorldGroup (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2024
Interview
1st Interview, they just ask you some questions on why you want the job and your work setup at home (LAN connection, headset etc.). The 2nd is more about your strengths, experience, and how would approach this role. etc. They are not super difficult interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How to deal with emotional/difficult customer?
How does your previous experience relate to this role?
What is your remote work set up?
How does your temperament/character make you suited to this job?
How many hours a week can u work and when?
Are you okay with X pay (freelance/contractor type of employment, usually a pretty low paying offer)?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at TalentWorldGroup (Madrid) in Apr 2024
Interview

Question 1
preguntas absurdas sin ningun tipo de interes en saber de ti
It was a joke. The interviewer who I don’t want to post her name but her first name starts with a J came to the interview late. I had to wait over 15 minutes before she dragged into the interview. Not only that her mids were screaming so loud in the background I could barely focus. When I mentioned about her children she tried to lighten the mood and asked if I wanted to say hello to them. Before I could say no they were on the phone. This was the most awkward, unprofessional, and uncomfortable interview I have ever had. After reading reviews online I feel I have dodged a bad opportunity.

Do you want to talk to my kids? Seriously I couldn’t believe it.
