Competency based questions, able to prep, questions regarding when you have gone above and beyond for a customer, when have you been challenged, what did you do when...etc..good explanation required and what happened, what were the benefits and how did it benefit the company

Interview
2 stage interview process. Everyone very friendly and capable, very responsive. The whole process took about a month. They do get back very quickly with feedback (immediately after first interview, I was called back for second, and one day after second interview, I received an offer). No competency interviews. Very transparent culture, it was clear what a fast paced environment it was right from the start.
For a full picture, I must add that even though I accepted the offer, I resigned within my probation period.
