A recruiter reached out to me for a Recruiter role and she asked me about my experience, salary & the work model that I have worked in and I mentioned it’s hybrid. So she mentioned that we have mandatory WFO even if there is any emergency situation like heavy rainfall etc. This company doesn’t seems to provide flexibility no matter what - which is pathetic considering how empathetic how most of the organisations are becoming. There is no PF or any other benefits, company strength is 12-15 employees only with most of them resigning currently.
