Haphazard and inconsistent, multiple conversations, no clear direction in the process. Them seemed interested, but then no contact... they seemed busy with travel. No offer, or follow-through, conversations simply ceased.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Talon. One (Denver, CO) in Oct 2025
Interview
Multi- step process. First call with Recruiter. Second call with hiring manager. Third call with VP. Fourth call, case study/mock pitch (3 people from the company who act as a brand/company interested in the product). The task includes prospecting examples, discovery, and company pitch. Following the task step there are two or three more steps following, but I was disqualified after the task portion.

Question 1
How do you typically build and manage your pipeline?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Talon. One (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2022
Interview
Very quick and efficient process. Met with Hiring Manager (VP of Sales) followed by a meeting with a Sr. AE and the SVP of Sales. All of these were culture/fit type interviews. After that, I met with the VP of Sales again, this time to go over my sales experience and ask specific deal and sales strategy questions. The last step in the process was a 30 minutes presentation where I had to do a deep dive into a deal I had closed, followed by a overview of Talon.One.
