The interview was good I thought at the time, we looked at some parts and blueprints. I was told this gentleman was doing all the design while trying to teach someone. He also was working in the shop as needed. He needed someone to help to lighten his work load. My falult for not asking enough questions but I thought we were talking about proggresive dies. As it turns out it is all single hit short run. Parts are waterjetted or edm'd. They do not have the resources to build high precision prog dies. To be fair it is a very good company for what they do, family owned for thirty + years and grown from 8 employees to about 25. No medical benefits or such, but friendly nice to work with people.
