The manager gave me a tour of the farm, then mid-tour, she had me give her a short presentation on green onions, showing her how I would conduct one of my own tours on the farm.

She asked me to give her a presentation on green onions on the spot! It was a little awkward at first, definitely put me out of my comfort zone but it was fun and I learned so much.
