A short series of verbal interviews with HR, the engineering team, and leaders of the company. The engineering interview consisted of discussing the company's software stack and relevant experience, and technical questions.

What were some frustrating moments in your previous workplaces that you've had to deal with?

Ghosting at its best. Applied online, had a screening with a recruiter, received a requested to submit availability submitted availability, then... nothing. Circled back to the recruiter but received no answer. Such a level of unprofessionalism is astounding. While it's always better to learn early that the people you were considering are not worth it, I still lost one hour of my time meeting with them.
