several rounds of interview, it's pretty random, and there is no formal process there. They are behaving like young company, not very professional, and let you wait infinitely onsite.

Some basic programming skills and also some knowledge about algorithm, database, OS.
If you have some open source project experience is plus. There are three round of technical interview.
First round is the technical expert, Second round is the director.
