I had an initial 30 minute video call for a People Operations Associate role about 1.5 months ago and have still not heard back. I knew throughout the call we both didn't think it was going to be the right fit but to not even receive an email follow up is a poor candidate experience. I also found some of the questions to not be very beneficial including 'what would your manager rate you 1-10' rather than just 'how would your manager describe you' or 'what would your manager say are your strengths and weaknesses' and the interviewer kept focusing on the number and really pushing for that.
