I was really looking forward to my interview, I checked the requirements for the role and had what was needed and specified. I went for an interview and unfortunately at the end of the interview the made me aware that driving is essential. This wasn’t detailed to me during the application process, nor was the fact that the position is part time. I feel it was poor communication/planning on the organisations part, as it sadly ended up wasting my time. As constructive feedback, I feel as though the organisation would benefit from using the killer questions setting on indeed or even phone call prescreening with candidates to ensure there is no loss of time for people applying.
