      Sales Executive Interview

      Aug 22, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Sydney
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Targus (Sydney)

      Interview

The interview process was lengthy, consisting of 5-6 rounds, some of which included questions that didn't seem relevant to the job. Additionally, there was a waiting period of several weeks after the final interview round. This could be a red flag for potential candidates. If a company requires more than three interviews to make a decision, it may indicate a high level of micromanagement and cumbersome processes that could persist into the employment phase.
