Met with HR to learn more about the role which was also used as a fit assessment. Then met with several consultants to provide more information on background, general skills, and knowledge areas. Afterwards was invited to a case study in person. The case study is designed to test how you handle tackling a problem and if you are able to create a structured approach and then be able to develop a story to tell.

The interview process was poorly managed, marked by frequent cancellations and delays. Scheduled interviews were often postponed without adequate notice, and when they did occur, they started late. Throughout the process, there was a lack of clear communication regarding the steps involved and the overall structure, leaving candidates confused and frustrated. This disorganization reflected badly on the company's professionalism and respect for the candidates' time.
