Initial contact was through a hiring agency looking to fill their need for a Jr Developer. I was working as a NOC Engineer at the time, and desperate to get back to coding. I was a bit overqualified in most areas, lacking in the specific language they needed help with, but more than willing to jump in and learn. I had some mixed up directions to the initial interview and had to reschedule; the hiring manager was about half an hour late to the rescheduled meeting. That initial impression of "fighting too many fires" never really let up, but it did speak of how well the personnel juggled changing priorities. When the prior employer let me go immediately, instead of taking advantage of the 2-week notice turned in, Tarragon was happy to start me early.
