HR had a phone screening first. Asked me how I got to know about the company, my interests and experience.
Director of engineering then conducted phone interview. Asked me about aircraft repairs, analysis and general questions such as - hobbies, music etc.
Was invited for on-site interview. Met with the engineering team. In person interview with stress lead and director of engineering. Asked me question on truss analysis and floor beam of aircraft.
Offered position after 2 months of wait time. Negotiated for higher salary but, was assured of a raise after probation which never happened obviously.
