Roughly 4 interviews, one including a mock up of a fake campaign that you walk through with the deciding manager. First few interviews are very behavioral based and look into your creative mind.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tastemade
Interview
The interview process was extremely uncoordinated, unorganized and unprofessional. I had 4 "interviews" which were calls with different people at offices across the US. For each call the interviewer was late and didn't even know what I was applying for. Most of each call was just updating the person on what I talked about with other members of the team, because there was 0 communication across the team. I had to send at least 2-3 follow-up emails to even get a response. This was the worst interview process I've ever experienced.
