Initial phone interview with HR. Second round interview with a hiring manager and another second year data analyst. The interview process was 1-2 weeks long, they responded pretty quickly and very casual but professional at the same time

Asked about my resume, technical questions about Pandas and a few brain teasers.
I interviewed a long time ago, sometime in 2022. They gave me an extensive take home that I never did for obvious reasons. Looked like it would take a lot longer than expected
Yes, they are still asking for the 12-hour take home challenge.
1-hour phone interview with someone on the team. Asked about past experience.
Then the 12 hour take home challenge. I wish I had read the Glassdoor reviews before so I wouldn't waste time interviewing! Many mentioned the unreasonable 12 hour challenge. When I kindly told them that I was unable to do it and asked if they have any alternative assessment, a rude "use your judgment" was what I got.
