Interview
Long but straight forward. They really make sure that you want the position and that you are prepared for the challenges of the position.
You start out with a phone screening then you have a one on one with the CEO. If you get invited back you meet with the Managing Director who will really grill you on why you think you would be a good fit for the position. If you make it past this round you come back to meet with different members of the team and then are eventually asked to come back again to meet with the CEO and the Managing director one more time after you have completed the assignments they ask of you. If you get through this stage your final interview is again with the CEO to go over compensation.
