The Company in Nicosia has nice offices, but no parking. The interview was done with one person from HR, who seemed very inexperienced and asked basic questions although many of his question related to 'harsh feedback' which gives a huge red flag sign as to the environment in there.
What has left me speechless though was the fact that you will never meet during this whole process the actual team that you will work for which I find ridiculous.
Oh last thing, be mindful as to how they will promote you their contract. They require you to stay 3 years because they will pay for your professional experience certificate, but they market it as if you can break your contract during the first year which is not true! If you break the contract they require you to pay their fees for the education provided which is a lot of money.
