Interview
I applied after learning about this through our campus career fair. I first applied online which was quite basic, and since I didn't put enough information on the application, I was invited for a phone interview, mostly asking me about details about my leadership roles and some behavioral questions. Lastly I was invited for an on site interview which was really fun, involving a quick teaching lesson prepared beforehand, a group discussion mostly on a case study / what teachers in China would do, and then a 1 on 1 interview. I also did the Mandarin language test, which was a simple listen and repeat back at a basic speaking level.
