I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Team Liquid (Utrecht) in Aug 2025
Interview
The initial screening interview was good and quite energetic. The second interview, which included the technical discussion and whiteboard challenge, was also positive, though the time allocated felt a bit short for the depth of topics we were covering. In between, when I reached out to the recruiter with questions by email, I either didn’t receive answers or they came quite late. Even now, I still don’t understand why, after the second round, I received a very template response for such a senior position, without learning the real reason behind the decision.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Team Liquid (Utrecht) in May 2025
Interview
Panel interview with 4 people, prior to that I submitted a detailed case study outlining a technical strategy, migration plan, risk mitigation, communication rollout, and success metrics, all aligned with their stated goals.
The interview went smoothly, and the team seemed aligned.
Then I had to chase recruiter for two weeks, and after that I was rejected with the claim that the role "requires hands-on technical experience," despite clearly demonstrating recent hands-on technical, architectural, prompt engineering, and system design work.
No concrete feedback was offered, which left the process feeling dismissive and opaque.
