I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume online. I initially declined the first request for an interview by email but then received a phone call from another recruiter two weeks later asking me to come in for an interview. It's like they don't even check their HR email.
I eventually did go for the first round of interviews but the recruiter didn't even have my info/appointment info when I went in. I waited in the lobby with 5-6 other people. I then spent 10-15 minutes talking to Neil, who called himself the CEO, and was offered a second interview. Very generic/general questions about your background, why you want to work there, etc.
I had to wait over an hour for the second round of interviews to start. You basically have to shadow one of the recruiters and get to see the "field work", which is door-to-door sales. This was not mentioned anywhere before on their recruitment ad or my first round of interviews. I initially only agreed to come interview because I'd ask the recruiter and made sure it was MANAGEMENT training. After a few hours of "field work", the recruiter took me back to the office and explained everything in the training program. You basically have to start with commission-based door-to-door sales for a month or two and work your way up through promotions. Hours are 11am-8pm. They made it seem like it was very difficult to get this position.
I declined the offer, though everyone was pretty nice.
