One of the most unprofessional interviews I've ever attended. They follow redundant interview methodology that perhaps existed 10-15 yrs. ago. It's very old-school in approach.
A specific narrative that astonished me - The interviewer (HRBP Head) spoke about 'company culture' being 5 days of WFO. How's this even a cultural aspect? Isn't this a policy?
I was told about scheduling the next round as as many of the companies do, they just GHOSTED.
From what I understand, they're looking for puppets to fill the shoes of various leadership positions while the decision-making is purely vested in the hands of the group CEO.
