Interview
Met with two Brazilian employees. They were fairly young and excited about meeting with me. The interview was easy-going as the interviewers both seemed very friendly. In the end, one of them handed me a sheet of paper with a couple paragraphs typed in English. I was asked to translate said paragraphs into Spanish.

All the basics. Supposedly they had the belief that I was overqualified and voiced fears that I may get bored and leave. I was seriously disappointed by this as I really went out of my way to find what I thought would be the perfect fit. A place where I would enjoy the people and easily excel quickly. They are really cool and relaxed managers from Brazil, the U.S. and Germany. You will be asked to produce a powerpoint slide show about yourself.
Amazing company, benefits and ways to prosper here. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in the area to work at and have longevity. Easy interview process, training was very informative. Would recommend to anyone.
