Friendly, Slow it took 2 months exactly but i have heard longer periods and smaller. I felt i was at wrong place i felt something was off that day but everyone was friendly. High quality company its hard to get into. They also seemed tired must be a bad day.

How to create a specific application choose correct design pattern and why its better than the rest and choose oop principle and how to create graphical interface. Basically know how to be usefull for them fast. You definatelly need to be ready and complete they wont teach you from start like if you just finished university its not the dream its the real world.

Interview
Applied online, process took 4-5ish weeks . Interview split into a few stages involving multiple sections of the team. Stages involved different sections on you. Questions related to explaning your CV, some additional personal details. Some skill related questions and some questions on you as a person to help determine team fit etc. Plenty of opportunities given to ask questions in return in every interview stage. Team super friendly the whole way.

Questions about c# basics, unity basics, optimization improvements, profiling. Questions related to candidates personal additional (programming) Skills/New technologies
At the beginning I was asked some simple questions based on my resume after graduation.
Next, there were some questions about java, that wasn't mentioned on my resume and neither on the job description.
