Interviews for Top Jobs at Teamworks
Anonymous Employee in San Jose, CA
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Teamworks (San Jose, CA)
The interview process consisted of meeting all staff in the office over about an hour and a half. Since each person came in individually there was a lot of repeating information. Once in the position it was clear that the company falsified the fact that there would be quarterly profit sharing guaranteed. In the past 3 years there was only 1 real profit sharing completed.
Anonymous Employee in Northborough, MA
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Teamworks (Northborough, MA) in Apr 2013
It was short and very easy they asked questions that were easy and the atmosphere was comfortable. The people were really nice and the interview was not stressful at all. The interview was a one on one and there was only one interviewer total. The person who interviewed me was the camp director which made me feel important. She is very nice and friendly.

I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?
Senior Vice President
Role at WPP OpenX new company ? I was approached for regional role. I’m still wrapping my brain around the model. Seems good? Always hard to say from ppt slides vs reality. Any thoughts or insights? What’s the culture like? Vision? Leadership? Any pros/cons appreciated
