You'll have a phone conference followed by a personality test. If you pass the test, they will invite you in for a face to face, then a job shadow and offer.
The interview process consisted the first initial screening with the recruiter and then two phone call interviews, and then they had you come in for an in office shadow. The process as about 3 weeks long
