Tech Valley Connect interview questions

I had an in person interview. It was apparent that the interviewer had not read my cover letter and had given my resume a quick glance at most, as she was rather surprised when I brought up something I had clearly discussed in my cover letter and was at the top of my resume. She said I was in "intern mode" when I had already been professionally employed for more than one year. She was condescending and judgmental. She said she had to think about some of the things we discussed and would get back to me only if she wanted to move forward with hiring me. I never heard back from her. I don't think I would have accepted the offer if I had been given one. If you are going to bother interviewing someone, you should prepare for the interview so nobody's time is wasted.
