Mostly its face to face interview which is completely technical.Algorithms. Basic java question was asked. They will be asking to write code on paper where they check your logical ability to solve problems and syntactical correct code. I was asked to write a code to find the electricity bill and asked questions to check good communication skill. Interview varies on person to person.

Next was technical round, mostly asked from what was mention in resume
And then managerial round after that got offer letter

Subjective and practical exposure to the core subjects including data structures,Java,dbms is required (specific to fresher's). Also they would test your approach to solve and not the solution for a problem.
