I submitted my resume to the company for review. A week later I receive a phone call, asking about my skills in IT. I explained to them about my Final Year Project, the system that's built from a programming language and also the database used to manage the data for the system. Besides that, the interviewer asked what other skills that I am capable of and as I explain to them that programming is not my major passion, I negotiate whether they have other openings than programmers. Luckily, the interviewer is kind enough to share that they have another position available, which is as a Business Analyst. Tips to new candidate, don't hesitate to asked whether you are eligible for another position in the company because if you waited until you're accepted into the company, there may rise another problems in the future. Working in Technodex is fun. But you have to find your way to work with them. Although during the first time you joined the company, you will felt like you're isolated as a new comer. However, they are warm peoples that will greet you and even asked you to join them for lunch. It might be though at times, but all of them are warm and friendly peoples that enjoys working and lunch-time (especially)! Technodex also practices as long as you delivered your work on time, or earlier, punch in time is not a compulsory. And, mind you, they'd love to burn the midnight oils, but don't get yourself burnt.
