Before applying for an interview TII is my dream job. I went through three stages of interviews:
An online interview with the team.
An in-person interview with the entire team.
After these two rounds, I was informed that I had been selected, and they initiated the background check process. However, out of nowhere, they suddenly called me for a third interview without prior notice and scheduled it immediately, giving me no time to prepare. In a rush, I attended the interview, which went smoothly.
Two weeks later, when I followed up on my application status, they informed me that I was not selected. The entire process was disorganized and unprofessional. The third interview was conducted just to reject my application. They seemed to lack a structured approach to conducting interviews and acted as if they were superior while constantly changing their decisions. Based on my experience, the lead researchers had only a superficial understanding of the subject matter and little to no knowledge of the technical aspects of the work.
As a result of this chaotic process, I lost more than five days of office time and spent several dollars on transportation in there politics. The politics between the group is very high. I don't see this is an professional firm anymore
