The interview process was smooth, professional, and well structured, lasting about a month from start to finish. HR was responsive and supportive, and all interviewers were friendly, respectful, and made the experience comfortable and positive.

Three stage- HR basic screening, Technical & VP- they don't provide feedback, they interview a lot of candidates, their process seems a bit arbitrary. It is not really equity research it seems to be more of data entry. HR was nice but did not provide any feedback
