The recruiter interview was positive and I was contacted soon after to schedule a second managerial interview. However, the second interview felt discouraging and less structured. One interviewer kept yawning during my answers and several questions were repeated multiple times, making the conversation feel more like a grilling session than a two-way discussion.
After the interview, the original recruiter did not respond to my follow-ups. I eventually heard back from a different recruiter, who informed me that I would not be moving forward. Overall, the process began well but the second interview and post-interview communication left a disappointing impression.
