answered online ad. responded to a short telephone screening interview. Went to group presentation and met with Regional VP after for one on one interview. Nice guys. Made sure I understood this was a straight commission 1099 position.

Interview
We were brought in as a group to learn about the company. We were shown a presentation. We did a question and answer session. We were brought back individually to a question and answer session. The Manager asked several job related questions. The manager then asked a few back at a later time and learned a great deal more of function and payment structure.
