You send the resume and they call you fairly quickly, first you talk to someone on the phone and later that day you do a video call. Where they ask about you and other interview questions
I was asked a few questions about school and my skill set. I also performed a typing test and did an additional test where I had to pretend I was a grocery store clerk and answer questions

Mostly get to know you. And a quick typing test. They create a scenario of someone calling the grocery store to order something, then u simply take the order and verify if the items are available
