Interview
3 executives interviewed me and were very polite, concise in their questions, and did not beat around the bush on what was expected. Each one of them specialized in their respective departments, and were not generic hiring managers. This helped narrow down where my skills were best utilized.

They asked about my actual expertise in the job I was applying for, and how that could be applied to their job roles and projects that the company utilizes on a daily basis, and throughout the phases of implementation.
