I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Telaid in Feb 2025
Interview
Interviewed for a project management job, where I exceeded the required education and experience. Was offered a much lower position. Seems like this is a standard Telaid scam. Luckily I had read these reviews and on reddit, about how they offer low and will never increase salary or role.

Question 1
Would you work for less pay then the range advertised.
I applied online. I interviewed at Telaid (Madison, WI)
Interview
Very unprofessional as a whole, employees and leadership continuously interrupted. Very clear it’s a position for grad students and not professionals. HR seemed to be very unclear about what the company actually does.
Conversation and title I applied for changed based on my experience. They asked me if I would be good with starting at a lower pay grade even though I applied for a full project manager position. Seems like they were hiring for a lot of positions.
