No process. Myself and three other people showed for this group interview and were told we would have to get certified to sell health insurance for a program that would not start until over a month later and then it would only last about 6 months

I started an application online but did not submit..only saved as a draft until I was sure I had my resume up to date and correct. Then the company called and scheduled the group interview for the following Monday. I was asked no questions about my experience and I had not uploaded my resume so they did not have that.
