I applied online. I interviewed at Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
Interview
I received a call back after an initial rejection and set up an interview time. I received instructions about the three stages of interview the night before the interview. There was not a lot of time to prepare and I felt that the process could have been better structured instead of suddenly receiving emails and ensuring that I was checking my mailbox in case I missed important information. The emails that I did receive contained errors in the timing of the three stages of interview: panel interview, phone role-play and letter-writing exercise. The instructions in completing these exercises were very minimal and depended on your interpretation. A very long process with minimal communication.

Interview
Online job simulation/assessment which took an hour. Pretty similar to what the role entails. This was followed by a formal interview with the usual behavioural questions, asked by a panel of managers/HR reps.
