The contact was immediately, the same day I sent my resume. In the interview the questions was no complicated, they asked me about professional intentions and my future plans as engineer.
They have a style very simple in their work, I think. The process took two weeks.

What kind of skills do you have in structural engineering?
Buena entrevista, enfocada totalmente en el ambio de TI y comunicaciones, me preguntaron desde el nivel de programación, conocimientos en sistemas operativos y el manejo de los mismos, proyectos en los que trabajé, adicionalmente temas de comunicaciones, modelo OSI, etc.

primero preguntaban los conocimientos en materia de telecomunicaciones y los conocimientos sobre la compañía. preguntaban por las motivaciones con la compañía y expectativas salariales. finalmente ponían un caso práctico y se debía responder como se actuaría en esa situación
