Having offices in London and New York, Telemetry was seeking a candidate to launch its west coast operations in Santa Monica. I applied via LinkedIn and was invited to interview within 2 weeks of applying. Telemetry's commitment to not only procuring skill and talent but making a thorough cultural fit assessment was made clear by their willingness to fly out from New York to meet me in person in Santa Monica instead of scheduling video conference calls. I met with a Director first whom then invited me to meet with a Senior VP. Communication and follow up throughout the process was prompt and their scheduling was accommodating. My meetings were largely relaxed and conversational with an emphasis on providing relevant examples of experience and varying situational responses. All in all, one of the finest interview experiences I've personally had. I was respected, my time was respected, and a sincere effort in terms of resources was made in getting to know me as a candidate.
