This company is shady, so beware. They are now known as TTx, having branched out from mainly phone system support to full IT managed services. They contacted me last year for a phone screen that went very well. The person who I spoke to, who was one of the executives, was very enthusiastic about getting me in for an interview in the next few days. Quite a bit of time went by before I was finally scheduled for an in-person interview. The interview was with the 2 main execs and the head IT guy. It seemed to go well and they said I should hear a decision in a couple of weeks. When no contact came, I emailed them to find out the status but got no response, so I moved on.
Flash forward to this year and I get a call from a recruiter who is trying to fill the same exact position for TTx that I interviewed for the previous year. I informed the recruiter about my previous interview, so he contacted TTx for their feedback. He said they recalled me and would definitely like me to come back in for another interview. A morning interview was scheduled, but then I got a call from the recruiter that TTx wanted to move the interview to afternoon, and it sounded like something was up. I then get another call from the recruiter the night before the interview and he sounded even more odd, but said he will call me in the morning to go over some interview basics, but reassured me the interview was still on. Then 3 hours before the interview, the recruiter called me and said another candidate who had just been interviewed was made an offer and accepted it, so my interview was cancelled. THEN, less than an hour later I got contacted from another recruiter for another position at TTx. I informed the recruiter of my negative experience with TTx and declined to be submitted for this supposed available position. TTx seem to be a confused and disorganized mess. They don't follow up with candidates, and they make unprofessional snap decisions. After the experiences I've had with TTx, I will have nothing to do with their very small organization again.
