I put my resume in through email provided in Craigslist ad. It took several weeks to get a response back. The interview is laid back and real. There's not a bunch of pointless questions other than ones just are testing troubleshooting ability. Generally you'll also talk to other engineers so they can also get a general impression of how you are and your technical knowledge.
