Temple Beth David interview questions

Initial phone call followed up by a zoom interview. A second zoom interview was held with the higher ups in the congregation. They said they would follow up with a phone call the following week; however, it wasn’t until nearly a month (3 weeks later) I received an email stating they went in a different direction.
