Pretty Basic, as long as you look somewhat professional and act somewhat professional they will hire you as a temp to work for a builder. If you are looking to get a job with a builder, you must prove yourself by working a lot and productively. Usually you interview with someone in management and they ask really basic questions like "are you comfortable around people?"

Very simple, got right to the point. We met for a meeting and spoke a bit about my resume and why I wanted to get in the industry. You must have your real estate license in order to work as a host for temps plus.
