Made it to the third round of interviews where they changed the shift available from Sunday-Wednesday to 2nd shift Wednesday through Saturday. Was soon after ghosted, though was told I had done well.

I got a call back after a few weeks of applying from the recruiter, who then scheduled me for 3 individual interviews with upper management before setting up another interview with the shift supervisor.

Why I wanted to work there? How much I knew about NGS and automated liquid handling systems? How I work with a team?
Took about 1 month, multiple rounds and received offer within 2 weeks after last interview. Pretty lengthy process. Everyone has the same recruiter and did not negotiate salary but definitely should have for the amount of work that needs done around here.
