I have had a really good experience with Tempus during the interview process. This is my first round of "big boy job" interviews and I feel they are going really well. I like the passion and process behind their methods. I have taken an assessment that I felt was fair to gauge where my knowledge was as an individual.

Applied online and received a call from HR the next day. Phone interview followed and went well. Afterwards I was sent a coding challenge to complete over the weekend. I completed and turned in the work and then never heard back from anyone despite trying to follow up. Extremely displeased with the whole process, but based on other interviews this seems to be a regular occurrence at Tempus. Highly unprofessional.
