I applied online for the Graduate Academy Programme and got a reply from Ten10 after 5 business days or so. The video interview consisted of 7 questions that gave me the opportunity to say some things about myself and explain the reasons I'm interested in this position.

If you do not have a minimum 2:1 grade from your degree, it is highly likely they won't accept you. Unfortunately I didn't have a 2:1.

Question 1
Video Interview, generic questions, such as what do you know about the company, tell me something interesting about yourself, tell us your strengths and weaknesses.
Telephone interview is just a confirmation if you meet their requirements such as having a degree, being able to work in the UK and you can confirm they you are able to relocate if needed, no technical questions were asked.
