The interview process had a charming simplicity to it. My CV appeared to be optional reading, and I was treated less like a professional and more like a student who might have wandered into the wrong room. I left with the distinct impression I’d attended a placement test rather than an interview.

Interview
You'll be brought to the classroom for mock teaching session, followed by a Q and A with the HOD. The questions ranged from about your teaching abilities to you understanding of the workings of the school including safeguarding, student/teacher relationship and so on
Was smooth and able to learn more about the culture. Went for a school tour and get to know the department. Nice environment and atmosphere. The team is friendly and accommodating. Share their knowledge and expertise.
